Advanced Research offers a wide range of technical services in air, marine, space, & land technologies, including:
• Research & Development: Prototyping, adaptation, data analysis & GNSS services;
• Testing & Evaluation: Test & test environment planning & execution, procedural development & data analysis & assessment;

We have provided positioning, navigation, & timing (PNT) consulting services to clients in government & industry. Projects have included the National PNT Architecture development & GPS civil applications constellation assessment (where our work is still ongoing), intellectual property law cases, & Phase-Net communication-based PNT service testing. We have also developed & delivered the Pacific Fish Trax kiosk in Lincoln County.
Our technical focus is evolving to include space and marine applications. We have an active internal research & development program collecting GPS and GLONASS data for analysis & reporting. We’ve conducted an infrastructure inventory assessment to aid the development of wave energy in Oregon & documented its findings in a report, “Wave Energy Infrastructure Assessment in Oregon.” Currently, we provide database re-hosting services for project CROOS (Collaborative Research on Oregon Ocean Salmon), an Internet-available database for the receipt of data from genetics labs, scale labs, and port liaisons.
